PG&E Community Campaign and Internal Engagement

We developed and activated an internal campaign for PG&E, engaging employees within the walls of 1,200 businesses across the Bay Area around the shared value of sustainability.

Leveraging behavior science to impact lasting behavior change, we rallied employees to reduce energy waste, collectively saving 51.1M kWh of energy—the equivalent of taking 7,500 cars off the road for a year.
