Grow Marketing seeks a dynamic Head of Account Strategy to oversee our Account/Strategy team and growing book of business with the world’s best brands. Our Account/Strategy services are key to the secret sauce that sets us apart from other agencies, serving as strategic partners to our clients with an insights-driven approach to solving business challenges. This role is the most senior Account position in the agency and will report directly to the Managing Director and agency Co-founders.

 
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Grow Marketing’s Account/Strategy team in imagining, structuring, and delivering attention-grabbing and impact-delivering brand experiences from conception to execution

  • Manage workflow amongst team members, helping them grow professionally and expand their skills in relationship-centered account services

  • Mentor team to further develop their strategic skills in storytelling/proposal development, both written and verbal

  • Identify and propose growth opportunities for clients and Grow Marketing, while also helping to drive new business proposals

  • Drive growth and revenue across existing and new clients

  • Partner with creative and production heads to staff programs to deliver on client goals and deepen relationships while maximizing profitability

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing teams - agency experience a must

  • Deep passion for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams internally to drive big impact for our external partners and clients

  • A nimble and constant ability to shift gears while maintaining calm and focus about your work priorities

  • Knowledge of agency best practices around staffing and profitability

  • Strategic chops and the ability to leverage storytelling to sell in big ideas

  • A voracious curiosity and big picture perspective on larger trends around business and culture

  • A rolodex of interesting contacts ripe for collaboration
