Responsibilities & Structure:

  • Manages projects of significance in support of client programs, from concept to execution

  • Collaborates with and supports all senior team members with creative development, project management and crafting presentations for a variety of campaigns and clients

  • Prepares materials for meetings with current and prospective clients in partnership with senior team members and participates in calls with current clients

  • Researches, identifies, secures and manages select program-specific vendors

  • Communicates key program details to cross-functional teams, including day-to-day progress, overall program timelines and status of assigned tasks

  • Oversees, trains and mentors junior team members on agency and client-specific processes

  • Keeps abreast of the current marketing landscape

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience marketing; agency, event marketing/production or lifestyle brand experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excels in and enjoys a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a take-it-to-the-next-level mentality

  • Nimble and flexible; ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve on the fly

  • Proficiency with Google Suite apps
